PROJECT MANAGERS!

Charlie Mike Construction is a local company in the Dallas / Fort Worth area that offers a wide range of home improvement trades but specializes in both Roofing and Fencing.  CMC was founded by local Veterans in 2012 and they have been serving their residents with pride through the years.  The name "Charlie Mike" derives from a military phase which simply means "Continue Mission."  Through the seasons it has been necessary to continue the hiring process as the company has grown larger and larger.  Today they are trying to fill more project manager positions that can really have the ability to change your life for the good.

The Project Manager position will consist of running multiple crews of both roofing and fencing personnel. The PM will also be required to manage relationships between our local office and the CMC clients.  On average, a PM has an earning potential of $100k plus and will be rewarded with bonuses and a commission structure to be successful.  We do have OJT available for qualified candidates to get you up to speed quicker.


To be considered for this opportunity you must have some of the following traits and resources:

1.  You must be on time and be trustworthy with large amounts of money

2.  You must have your own vehicle and a working smart phone

3.  You must have people skills and work good in a team


4.  Military experience is a plus but is not necessary

5.  You must be self motivated and have a positive attitude.

6.  It's a plus to have experience in roofing and/or fencing but it's not a deal breaker.
